The seasonal program offers a solution for our clients who do not have a need for our weekly lawn care maintenance program. A specially trained crew will perform all the seasonal service functions which are as follows:

LANDSCAPE LIGHTING DESIGN & INSTALLATION

Shamrock has designed and installed hundreds of landscape lighting systems in Chicagoland area over the years. We pride ourselves on providing a first-class customer experience from the initial design consultation through the first night we reveal the new landscape lighting system.

Our design process is straightforward and transparent. We value your time and have created this process to allow for an enjoyable design and build process for all parties. We start every project with an initial design consultation.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING NEEDS

We walk the property with the homeowners and discuss how they use their different outdoor spaces. We discuss landscape lighting and architectural lighting philosophies and concepts and how they apply to the property. Then we use a cutting-edge design software on our tablets to create an initial landscape lighting design while on the property. This design software allows us to generate a design map and budget for the landscape lighting system within minutes. We then present the overall budget and discuss implementation of the new landscape lighting system with the property owners.

OUR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING DESIGN PROCESS

Once a plan is in place for installing the newly designed landscape lighting system, we collect a 50% deposit, order any materials needed, and schedule an install date.

Our installation process consists of pre-assembling and installing lamps in all fixtures at our warehouse, installing all power controls on site, strategically protecting wire runs to all fixture placements and securing all fixture connections with brass connectors (not wire nuts or clamps). We also ensure placement and aiming of all fixtures by the designer and provide a night visit (qualified installs only) to adjust fixture placement.

THE BEST FIXTURES FOR YOUR LANDSCAPE LIGHTING SYSTEM

While our design process remains consistent, Shamrock is always researching the best and most durable fixtures for your landscape lighting system needs. We only use fixtures and components we have independently tested for functionality, durability, and aesthetics. Shamrock sources from American made products whenever possible, as they tend to be the most reliable and durable.

LANDSCAPE LIGHTING FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Shamrock provides landscape and architectural lighting design for homeowners, homeowner associations, restaurants, and commercial buildings. We work with individual property owners, custom home builders, property managers, HOA boards, architects, electricians, and other contractors to help create the perfect landscape lighting system for each property or project.

Our experienced Emergency Snow Service Team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to meet the demands that our winter weather commands. We plow, shovel, relocate snow and de-ice our properties on an as needed basis.

Our state-of-the-art snow and ice vehicles are equipped with the latest communications systems and can be remotely monitored by GPS to serve you better in times of emergencies. Our services include:
